About the role

As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber at Skilled Plumbing and Gas, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing plumbing systems for our commercial clients in the Gold Coast area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to use your extensive plumbing expertise to ensure our clients' properties are running smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

Providing responsive and reliable maintenance and repair services for commercial plumbing systems

Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of plumbing issues, from leaks and blockages to system malfunctions

Performing scheduled preventative maintenance checks and services

Liaising with clients to understand their needs and provide expert solutions

Adhering to all relevant safety standards and building regulations

Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all work completed

Day to day maintenance of plumbing systems.

Larger scale projects consisting of fire/sprinkler main repairs and civil storm water.

After hours emergency works

What we're looking for

Licensed and qualified Plumber with 5+ years' experience in commercial maintenance plumbing.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex plumbing issues.

Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.

Commitment to working safely and maintaining a tidy work environment.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pump system diagnosis, roof leaks and troubleshooting.

Drain clearing experience/ Jet rodding cctv.
