The Role:

As a Bar Utility at Cater Care's new mobilizing contract site in NSW,you will play a crucial role in the New Site mobilisations within the CCS Operation Team . This Permanent - Full Time positions in the Bar Utility category offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our operations.

Roster: 14/7 10 hrs a day

Point of Hire: Canberra, Sydney , New Castle

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring an exceptional level of customer service at all times
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area, including regular cleaning of equipment and utensils
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following established procedures for billing and payment processing
• Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed, ensuring that all products are stored appropriately
• Adhere to relevant health and safety regulations, taking responsibility for maintaining a safe environment for both customers and colleagues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods, contributing to a positive working atmosphere

The Ideal Applicant Will Have:

• Previous experience working as a Bar Attendant 12 months +
• A Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is mandatory and required to be successful and compliant for the role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
• A motivated, enthusiastic and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
• Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
• Drivers License (Manual + Heavy Rigid Licenses')
• Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident for permanency position
