The Darwin Trailer Boat Club Inc (DTBC) is Darwin's premier award-winning waterfront Club. Situated on the shores of Fannie Bay, the Club enjoys iconic stature with locals and tourists alike.

We are looking for an experienced Bar Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of bar attendant experience, a sharp eye for detail, the ability to lead, a strong work ethic and be a team player.

Duties

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Preparing and mixing a range of sophisticated drinks.

Ensuring that customers are served in a professional and diligent manner.

Ensure the bar is clean and organised to the highest standard of cleanliness.

Strictly follow procedures/recipes and control wastage levels.

Restocking the bar when necessary and monitor stock levels and control the ordering of supplies.

Ensure proper cash management.

Practicing proper workplace health and safety procedures.

Required skills & experience

An applicant will ideally hold relevant industry trade qualifications

At least 1-Year of relevant employment experience is required

Employment conditions

The successful candidate will be working on a full-time basis (38 hours per week) on the club premises at 8 Atkins Drive, Fannie Bay, Darwin NT 0820.
