About the role
Our Family Dispute Resolution Service (FDRS) team are seeking an Administrative Services Officer to support a dedicated team of case managers, family dispute resolution practitioners, and administrative staff, as they provide child-focused family dispute resolution services to disadvantaged families.
In this role you will provide a broad range of administrative support to the FDRS program, including triaging client enquiries, providing referrals and information about VLA services, data entry, file management, coordination of appointments, conferences and documentation, and reception services.
This position will require full time onsite attendance for the first month of training
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.

- Demonstrated ability to provide client focused services in a complex, confidential and sensitive environment.
- Sound interpersonal skills and the capacity to communicate with clients who are socially and economically disadvantaged, people with a disability or mental illness, children, the elderly and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient word processing skills and experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
