A popular, fast-paced pub is looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and help deliver consistently high-quality pub food. The kitchen prides itself on fresh ingredients, classic dishes, and a warm, professional team environment.

Role Responsibilities:

Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations

Lead kitchen staff during busy service times

Ensure dishes meet quality and presentation standards

Assist with stock control, ordering, and food preparation

Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety practices

Contribute ideas for menus and daily specials

About You:

Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to progress

Passionate about traditional pub food and fresh ingredients

Calm, confident, and organised under pressure

Strong leadership and teamwork skills

Reliable, motivated, and committed to high standards

• Must have full working rights in Australia
