We're seeking a motivated Service Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team. Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the Field Service team, managing service call Work in Progress (WIP), and handling a range of administrative tasks.
Position Details:
- Monday to Friday roster
- Casual ongoing position
- 38 hours per week
- $45.83 per hour plus penalties
- Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high-quality, cost-effective service that exceeds customer expectations and returns nil customer complaints
- Follows up on any rework, write-off or goodwill requests
- Accurately encoding all documentation relevant to AX as required
- Ensure labour hours have been correctly encoded and that any missing labour hours are accounted for on a daily basis
- Effectively and accurately manage SIP/WIP and accurately forecast invoicing expectations
- Collaborate and work closely with the Field Service Foreman and Field Service Fitters.
The successful candidate, must have:
- Current drivers' licence and reliable transport
- Experience working within a service orientated environment.
- Knowledge of CAT products and services desirable.
- Understanding of job workflow processes
- Impeccable attention to detail in your work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision while providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers.
- Proven stakeholder and customer engagement with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical including Drug/Alcohol screen.
