About the role

Join the dynamic sales team at New Pioneer Motors' in Mackay, QLD as a full-time Sales Person. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality vehicles. With a focus on building strong relationships with customers, you will expertly guide them through the purchasing process and ensure they drive away in their dream car.

What you'll be doing

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences

Demonstrate vehicles and explain features and benefits to customers

Prepare and present sales quotes and proposals to customers

Negotiate prices and close sales, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, pricing and promotions

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to provide an outstanding customer experience

Valid driver's licence and the ability to demonstrate vehicles
