This is more than a sales role, it's an opportunity to become part of a team that helps customers create unforgettable travel experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins

Guide customers through the full sales journey — from greeting to handover

Build lasting relationships and provide exceptional post-sale support

Represent Lawrence RV at trade shows and national caravan events (travel required)

Contribute to dealership presentation and display setup

Manage leads effectively and meet/exceed personal sales targets

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role (automotive, caravan, or lifestyle products preferred but not essential)

A passion for the caravanning and camping lifestyle

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to close sales confidently and hit the ground running

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Tech-savvy with solid numeracy and administrative skills

A valid unrestricted driver’s licence

Willingness to attend trade shows and travel for work

Professional appearance and a strong team ethic
