Your new role
We are seeking enthusiastic and suitably experienced persons for the role of Senior Technology Specialist.
This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time and Fixed Term Full Time appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
As a member of the ICT Business Unit, you will be responsible for:
- Providing customer support in relation to ICT application services from a technical perspective.
- Playing a senior role in the effective and efficient delivery of ICT application services aligned with agreed performance levels.
- Building and maintaining customer-focused relationships with relevant stakeholders including customers, vendor-partners, business and industry.
- Anticipate opportunities and trends in information and communication technologies to recommend change and innovation to enhance product and service delivery.
