Role Overview
Position Type: 12-month fixed-term, with ongoing opportunity to be contracted full-time.
Location: East Melbourne/Collins St, conveniently located near public transport.

Key responsibilities
Provide compassionate care and empathetic communication to support patients throughout their IVF journey.
Manage patient inquiries, appointments, payments, and documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
Deliver efficient administrative support to medical professionals and the wider team.
Ensure compliance with consent, regulatory requirements, and clinic policies.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe, supportive, and goal-driven work environment.
Uphold ethics, integrity, and critical thinking in all aspects of patient care and administration.
What will you have?
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management.
A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a focus on patient care and problem-solving.
Ability to stay composed and professional while managing challenges.
Previous medical administration experience (preferred).
Eligibility to work in Australia.
