Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? Ray White West End, a leading real estate agency in West End, is seeking a talented Property Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and property management.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the end-to-end management of a portfolio of residential rental properties

Coordinate any necessary maintenance or repairs

Manage tenant relations, including processing applications, conducting viewings, and handling inquiries and concerns

Ensure timely rent collection and arrears management

Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation related to property management activities

Collaborate with landlords to provide strategic advice and recommendations to maximise returns

Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry best practices

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Property Manager in the residential real estate is prefered

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and landlords

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

Thorough understanding of residential tenancy laws and regulations

Proficient in using property management software and Google Office suite and PME

Enthusiastic, proactive and committed to providing exceptional service

Must hold a current Real Estate Certificate
