We are recruiting qualified and passionate Educators and Senior Educators to join early learning centres in the Kalgoorlie-Goldfields region of Western Australia.

🧒 Your Responsibilities

As an Educator or Senior Educator, you will:

Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Collaborate with your team to design and implement learning programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain quality practices in line with the National Quality Standards (NQS).

🎓 What We’re Looking For

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Full working rights in Australia

Currently living in or willing to relocate to Kalgoorlie, WA

A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS

A team-focused, reflective, and committed approach to children’s development

A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current First Aid and Child Protection training
