About the role

Stepping Stones Early Learning Centre, Kirrawee is seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Educator to join our team in Kirrawee, NSW. This is a full-time role in a supportive and nurturing environment where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality care, education, and supervision to children aged 0-5 years

Planning and implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate learning activities aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework

Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children to thrive

Collaborating with parents and families to support the individual needs of each child

Documenting children's progress and development through observations, assessments, and daily reports

Actively participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Ensuring compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and policies

What we're looking for

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Demonstrated experience working in a childcare or early learning environment

Strong understanding of child development, pedagogy, and the Early Years Learning Framework

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing

Current First Aid, CPR, and Working with Children Check certifications
