Victoria Point Sharks Sporting Club is looking for a motivated and experienced Office Administrator Victoria Point Sharks Sporting Club to be involved in the continual growth of our Club.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, we are seeking a highly organised, natural self-starter who is focused on ensuring accurate preparation of financial statements, banking and invoicing processes.
Previous experience within a similar role is a must!
Your Role
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Experience in reconciliation of accounts
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to liaise and work effectively with staff and Senior Management
- Bookkeeping knowledge desirable, preferably Xero
- Proficiently in MS Office and high level of computer literacy
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all data is entered correctly
- Demonstrates high professional telephone manner
