Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our leadership team and assist in key areas including finance, HR, office management, and sales support. This is a diverse role that requires someone with attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
· Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar and email management.
· Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and assist with preparation of reports and presentations.
· Keep executives on their toes—ensure they remain focused, organized, and don’t miss any critical deadlines or priorities.
· Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
Finance Assistance
· Support basic financial tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
· Assist in preparing reports and maintaining financial documentation.
· Coordinate with the finance department on month-end and ad hoc reporting.
HR Administration
· Support HR processes including onboarding/offboarding, maintaining employee records, and compliance tracking.
· Assist with staff communications and policy updates.
· Help coordinate training, team events, and recruitment activities.
Office Management
· Manage daily office operations, supplies, and vendor relationships.
· Ensure the office environment is organized and running smoothly.
· Be the go-to person for any facility or administrative needs.
Sales Support
· Assist the sales team with lead generation and CRM updates.
· Conduct basic research on potential clients and markets.
· Support coordination of promotional activities or events as needed.
Experience:
· 5+ years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant and Office Manager role.
· Exposure to finance and HR administration processes.
· Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
· A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
