We're looking to expand our team and hire a dedicated Salesperson to lead sales in our advance testing equipment range and to drive our growth in the industry.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual with knowledge of advance construction material testing equipment such as geotechnical, concrete or asphalt to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of construction material testing equipment to new and existing clients, while providing expert advice on products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer relations with preferred experience or understanding of material testing requirements for the construction industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The opportunity is open to candidates in Brisbane, Sydney, South Australia or Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new business opportunities in the geotechnical and construction material testing field and related industries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Present and demonstrate testing equipment to potential customers, explaining the benefits and features.

Understanding or curiosity of Australian Standards for relevant test methods.

Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.

Provide technical support and after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

Work closely with peers to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in construction material testing equipment or a related field.

Strong technical knowledge of CMT (geotechnical, concrete or asphalt) and applications is a significant advantage.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to work.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Science will be highly regarded but not required.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
