Exciting opportunity for an experienced Scheduler to join our ever-growing young team based in Scoresby.

We pride ourselves on providing industry-leading services for our customers including furniture delivery and removals, assembly services and complete apartment/office fit outs in partnership with some of Australia's largest retailers.
THE ROLE

Our standard operating hours are weekdays 8am to 4pm however this in office role may have flexible working hours, depending on the right candidate.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Create and optimise teams daily runs.
Liaising with technicians throughout the day to ensure they are meeting delivery schedules and providing assistance when required.
Preparing and reviewing teams paperwork.
Liaising with customers and retailers regarding order status and booking requirements.
Managing customer bookings.
Job pricing and ensuring runs are meeting KPI's.
Relationship management with existing BTB clients.
Answering inbound phone calls and responding to email enquiries.
Database & Inventory management.
ABOUT YOU
You will have 2+ years' experience in Administration.
Previous experience within the scheduling or transport industry is preferred but not essential.
Good geographical knowledge of Melbourne and surrounding areas.
Strong attention to detail and superior organisation skills are crucial to this role.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a calm and friendly phone manner.
You will be able to multi task in a busy and fast paced work environment and be highly efficient and organised.
You thrive on providing excellent customer service and have proven to implement systems and procedures in making your work load and office environment more efficient.
You will be proficient with use of Microsoft Office or similar programs.
