Your Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting operational leaders across 17 aged care homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting quarterly budgeting and forecasting.
• Conducting detailed variance analysis.
• Preparing financial reports for governance committees.
• Collaborating with operational leaders to align financial goals.
• Assisting with month-end financial reporting.

What We’re Looking ForSkills and Experience:

• CA/CPA Qualification or equivalent.
• Advanced financial analysis and exceptional Excel capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
• Knowledge of the aged care sector is a plus.
