Robert Half is currently recruiting a qualified (CPA/CA/CIMA) Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to take ownership of a key division's 2026 financial budget.

This "hands-on" role will involve working closely with all business units to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of this division's 2026 budget.

The Role

Working within a professional and dedicated finance team and having a close relationship with non-finance stakeholders your duties will include:

* Establishing a robust and accurate 2026 financial budget
* Working closely with key department members to ensure all revenue streams captured
* Gaining a full understanding of grants and acquittals
* Cashflow management
* Cost centre management
* Ensuring accurate budgeting of costs
* Financial analysis
* Understanding of funding guidelines
* Forecasting
* Departmental queries

Your Profile

To be successful in this role you will have worked within a large organisation partnering operational teams to deliver meaningful and insightful budget reports.

You will have strong communication skills and ability to develop relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

You will have excellent attention to detail, be able to meet tight deadlines and have a proven background with complex budgeting systems. Additionally, you will also be required to have an advanced knowledge of Excel.
