About the Role:

Join a leading producer in the renewable energy sector as a proactive Finance Business Partner. In this pivotal position, you will drive financial excellence and provide strategic insights, engaging with the C-suite and various corporate services, including HR, Legal, IT, and Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the C-suite and Corporate Services to enhance understanding of costs and cost drivers.
• Maintain and review finance structures, systems, processes, and cost controls to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee monthly operating and project accruals, delivering high-quality analytical reporting and insights.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and rigorously challenge budgets and forecasts for operating expenditures, ensuring accurate accounting activities.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree and a CPA /CA qualification
• Training in the profession would be highly regarded.
• A minimum of five years' experience in FP&A within a large corporate environment
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Exceptional business engagement abilities
• The capability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders
