About the role

We are seeking a part-time Dispensary Assistant to join our team at the Jadin Chemist Group in Morayfield, QLD. As a Dispensary Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy. What you'll be doing

Assisting pharmacists with the dispensing of medications, including preparation, labelling, and verification of prescriptions

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication histories

Organising and stocking the dispensary, ensuring it is well-maintained and supplies are readily available

Providing exceptional customer service by answering queries, processing payments, and directing patients to the appropriate resources

Participating in inventory management, order processing, and stock control activities

Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
