About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team at our PLG Head Office in Southport. This is a Full Time role working 38 hours Monday to Friday and will comprise of travel both locally in QLD and interstate to NSW and VIC when required to carry out onsite IT Support.
Reporting to the IT Business Partner you will deliver excellent customer service to internal customers by resolving first and second level issues and appropriately handling calls and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to IT requests via phone, email and in person;
Offering technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PLG computer systems, hardware, and software;
Work through and prioritise the PLG IT Service Desk queue via Service Now Application;
Image PLG computers using InTune process and organise shipment of both new and computers requiring repair;
Work directly with Data 3 Managed Services Team to escalate any IT Enquiry that cannot be resolved;
Continual development of staff training guides to ensure a level of self-help is always available to PLG staff;
Work on small to medium IT Projects when required depending on IT Roadmap;
Oversee the effective execution of employee onboarding, cross-boarding & offboarding as it relates to IT setup & access;
Travel to PLG locations when required to carry out required IT tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
A Minimum of 5 years’ Experience in a similar role;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to enable effective identification and resolution of IT related issues;
Experience in remote troubleshooting;
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, able to provide effective & respectful service to a wide variety of internal stakeholders;
The ability to manage and prioritise workload;
Deliver end to end ownership of incidents, requests and problems;
Intermediate to Advanced Skills in use of M365 products;
Intermediate to Advanced Skills with Active Directory along with Azure Active Directory;
Understanding of LAN/WAN networks;
