This market leading property developer and asset manager has experiened a period of rapid growth. They are currently seeking an astute Financial Accountant to join the finance team on a temporary basis.
Reporting into the Development Finance Manager, your duties include:
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Weekly cashflow forecasts for the group by entity
- Reconciliation of all intercompany accounts
- Month end reporting
- Posting journals and general ledgers
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Ad hoc tasks
You will need to be CA/CPA qualified or working towards it. Also, you will have an engaging personality as well as articulate ommunication style. Candidates on working holiday visa's are encouraged to apply.
