Their Brisbane team is growing, and they’re now looking for a Legal Assistant to join their Trade Marks group — someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to support at a senior level.
This is a high-impact role. You’ll work closely with respected leaders in the business, support multiple fee earners, and become a trusted part of the practice — not just behind the scenes, but in the thick of fast-paced, high-level work.

The Day-to-Day
- Managing busy inboxes and tracking critical deadlines
- Drafting legal documents, letters, and court forms with precision
- Preparing and processing client invoices and trust documentation
- Maintaining accurate electronic files and matter records
- Handling client onboarding and managing confidential info with care
- Coordinating travel, meetings, and occasional marketing admin
- Working closely with senior lawyers and the broader support team
The Must Haves
- 2–3+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant or Secretary (ideally in IP, Litigation or Commercial law)
- Exceptional time management and a solutions-focused approach
- Confident communicator with a calm, professional presence
- Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with legal admin systems
- Adaptability, curiosity, while thriving in a fast-paced environment
