Your Day-To-Day Will Include:

• Running high-level diary and inbox management for leading Partners
  
  
• Coordinating client comms and team priorities
  
  
• Preparing contracts, reports and high-volume property documentation
  
  
• Managing billings from start to finish – with confidence
  
  
• Jumping into BD initiatives and key team projects
  
  
• Keeping everything smooth behind the scenes, with no detail missed
  
  

About You!
Being super successful in this role will mean that you possess:

• 5+ years expertise supporting senior lawyers or Partners
  
  
• Experience, preferably, in Real Estate law
  
  
• Sharp attention to detail and a steady hand under pressure
  
  
• Tech confidence – MS Office, monthly billing and CRM systems (think Elite 3E, InterAction)
  
  
• A proactive, “I’ve got this” mindset and passion for collaboration
