An opportunity has opened for an experienced Grounds and Maintenance Worker to join our maintenance team.

This role requires an enthusiastic person who is self-motivated, highly organised and has a great attitude. Reporting to the Field Manager, you will be expected to deliver quality work within set KPI's and to stringent company standards. If you are successful in your application, you will become an integral part of our team.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years’ previous experience in a similar role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lawn and Small Vacant Land care
• Weeding and garden maintenance
• External drain cleaning
• Waste removal

• Minor fence repairs
• Minor ground surface repair
• Minor graffiti removal
• Minor structure repairs

• Amenities
• Common areas
• Restocking consumables
• Dusting
• Floors
• Cobwebs

• Work safely and responsibly at all times
• Represent the Company and Client in a professional manner at all times
• Communicate with Field Manager
• Grounds Maintenance
• Asset maintenance
• Cleaning
• Competent use of Electronic Work Management Systems
• Ensure vehicle is adequately stocked at all times
• Document handling and data control
• Ensure Contract KPI's and schedules are being met.
• Maintaining contract compliance
• Adhoc duties where required
