Hallsmark Property Services is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Full-time Cleaner to join our team on the Sunshine Coast Monday to Friday, 5 days per week.
We are specialists in residential body corporate maintenance providing proven cleaning, pool and grounds care programs that automate the maintenance and improvement of our client’s properties, so they can live a more hassle-free lifestyle in property they love coming home to.
The ideal candidate is highly organized and customer focused, with a passion for delivering outstanding results to his or her clients. Those who enjoy working with their hands and not being micro-managed will love this job!
As a cleaning team member, you will be responsible for a portfolio of residential unit complexes across the Southern Sunshine Coast. Your main role will include working on and improving the internal and external common areas of each property whilst assisting our clients with their needs.
Duties Include
- Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
- Planning and managing cleaning priorities on your jobsites
- Reporting new sales leads and building problems through the latest IT service technology’s
- Organizing and managing personal cleaning equipment
- Internal & external building cleaning
- Pool cleaning
- General bin cleaning
