Casual Chef/Cook Wanted

The Morphettville Park Football Club is looking for a casual, hands-on Chef to join our team for around 20 hours a week from April to September each year, mainly on Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights, during the football season.

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and creative Chef/Cook to join our team and run our busy kitchen with our small team. You will be responsible for ordering, preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes consistently to our community with pride. "Food Handlers" compliance and a "Working With Children's" check is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in:

Managing a busy kitchen

Setting menus, food pricing and weekly specials

Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies

Rostering staff

Lead the team

Food preparation, cooking, plating and presentation

Kitchen maintenance and cleaning

Following food safety requirements
