About the role

We are seeking passionate and skilled Senior Sous Chef to join our team at The Lord Lyndoch, located in the picturesque town of Lyndoch, South Australia. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals for our customers in a fast-paced, friendly environment. What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including entrees, main courses, and desserts, using fresh, high-quality ingredients

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards

Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of meals

Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Assisting with menu development and implementing new recipes as needed

Maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and minimising food waste

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Function experience highly regarded

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques

Ability to work efficiently in a team and under pressure

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

Creativity and willingness to experiment with new recipes and flavours

Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional customer service
