The Mawson Lakes Hotel is on the hunt for a passionate Chef to join our high-performing kitchen team. Part of the SA Pub Group (including Hotel Crown in Victor Harbor and Semaphore Hotel), our venue is fast-paced, high-volume and full of energy, serving up quality food across breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing and presenting quality dishes across all sections

Maintaining top-tier food safety and hygiene standards

Managing stock deliveries and upholding kitchen cleanliness

Supporting the kitchen team with day-to-day kitchen operations

What We’re Looking For:

Commercial cookery qualification and hands-on experience in a similar role

Confident working all kitchen sections with a cool head under pressure

A genuine team player with strong communication skills

Great time management and multi-tasking ability

Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster, including early mornings and evenings
