We are looking for a motivated & experienced individual to join our team as a Light Vehicle Mechanic/Planner. Working in conjunction with the workshop and on site you will form part of a dynamic and experienced team to deliver exceptional service to our customers vehicle fleet. Providing all aspects of vehicle maintenance & repairs you will build a relationship with our customers as a trusted and reliable service provider.

Working with trade & fleet customers you’ll be the face of the light vehicle service department, learning our customers' expectations, service requirements and delivering a quality and efficient service.

The role ideally suits someone who has a passion for working on vehicles but also enjoys offering a customer service experience through face to face, email & phone communications.

The Role:

-General servicing & repairs of light vehicles, opportunity to work on trucks & heavy equipment available

-General electrical repairs

-Fault finding & diagnostics

-Air Conditioning repairs & servicing (Experience preferred but not required)

-Quoting & scheduling

-Overseeing apprentices & juniors

-Flexible work hours

Requirements:

-Open Car License

-Trade Certificate

-Experienced with Light Vehicles

-Strong diagnostic & problem-solving skills

-Motivated & a can do attitude

-Ability to work self-sufficiently

-Strong customer service skills

-Sound computer skills
