Position Overview

• Role: Heavy Diesel Mechanic or Light Vehicle Mechanic willing to upskill with the opportunity to gain dual trade in Auto Electrical and Air Conditioning
• Location: Toowoomba and Brisbane QLD
• Type: Permanent Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Complete all service and maintenance tasks
• Repair faults promptly
• Attend to breakdowns and emergencies
• Dismantle and remove engine assemblies, transmissions, and other components
• Understand and working within NHVAS requirements
• Assemble heavy vehicles and mobile equipment

Skills and Experience / Qualifications

• Qualifications: Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology with willingness to upskill
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar industry
• Skills: Knowledge of basic Electronic Fault Diagnostic Equipment, C class driver’s licence (HR or higher is desirable)
