We currently have a position available for a motivated and reliable person to join us as a light vehicle mechanic in our Good Year Dalby store. Generous remuneration by negotiation and depending on experience. If you have a positive attitude, can solve problems, work without supervision and are customer focused, then this position is for you.

Your duties will include:-

• Regular Log Book services on a range of passenger and 4 wheel drive vehicles and light trucks.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults using modern diagnostic tools.

• Diagnose and repair brake system faults.

• Diagnose and repair faults in suspension systems, and recommend and fit suspension upgrades.

• Diagnose and repair cooling system faults.

• Diagnose and repair driveline faults where possible.

• General mechanical repairs.

• Other duties as requested.

The successful applicant will:-

• Have a current drivers license.

• Be willing to adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Be a qualified light vehicle mechanic.

• Be prepared to work Monday to Friday

• Have a can do attitude and be punctual and reliable.

• Take pride in their work and in serving their customers, and pay attention to detail.

Employment conditions:-

• Permanent position after probation.

• Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.

• Overtime where applicable

• Statutory holidays, personal leave and superannuation.
