Sinwa Australia, a leading Marine Supply and Logistics company, is seeking an Entry Level Sales Administration Assistant to join the team at our Henderson facility. This is a part time position, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of additional hours.
Responsibilities include:
Data entry and maintenance of daily orders.
Administration duties including processing of credits, monthly billings.
Submitting Customs documentation.
Filing and Archiving.
Any other tasks as required.
Experience required:
Ability to work in a team and on their own.
Good computer skills (Excel / Word)
Ability to work under pressure.
High attention to detail.
Willing to learn.
Immediate start available. Part time position, hours will be 0900-1400. Training will be provided to the successful candidate with further career opportunities available within the Sales department.
Must have working rights to work in Australia. No agencies please.
