About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Marketing Consultant to join our dynamic team at Studio Pilates Clayfield. As a part-time Sales and Marketing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience and driving sales at our studio located in Clayfield, QLD.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers to the studio in a friendly and professional manner

Assisting customers with membership enquiries, class bookings and purchases

Providing information about our studio, classes and membership options

Processing sales transactions and handling cash and electronic payments

Manage the studio’s social media strategy

Drive sales and client engagement in all Studio events and promotions

Supporting the studio manager with other administrative duties as needed

Track class numbers throughout each day and invite clients into any free spots as they open up

Check the studio phone, inbox and studio ‘messenger’ application for any voicemails, SMS, and missed calls and action them via a return phone call

Respond to all client communications in a timely and satisfactory manner

Prepare and implement weekly Lead Generation strategies in the local community

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or sales-focused role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns

Proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale equipment

A passion for Pilates

Flexible availability to work during our studio's opening hours, including evenings and weekends

Have the ability to effectively influence through connection, passion and charisma to turn a lead into a sale

Be enthusiastic, outgoing and have a love for connecting with new people

Be pro-active and an exceptional team player
