About the role

Mandurah Outboards' is seeking an experienced Accounts/Accessories Sales Person to join our team in our Greenfields, WA 6210 location. This full-time role is integral to the smooth running of our finance and sales operations, supporting our valued customers with all their accounts and accessories needs.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling all accounts-related inquiries and processing sales transactions for accessories

Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation, including invoicing, account reconciliations and reporting

Assisting with inventory management and stock control for the accessories range

Supporting the wider sales team as needed, including providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our finance and sales processes

What we're looking for

Proven experience in an accounts, sales or customer service role, ideally within the retail or automotive industry

Strong numerical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate financial records and reporting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service

Proficiency in using accounting and/or point-of-sale software

A proactive, adaptable and team-oriented approach to your work
