About the role:

As a Retail Assistant, you will provide continual support to the business’s leadership team, oversee workflow and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

What's involved:

Providing exceptional customer service and product solutions to customers

Stock control including picking, packing, dispatching and tracking orders

Assist with Inventory Management

Ensure that merchandising standards fit with business requirements

Assist with inducting and training new team members

General housekeeping duties to offer customers a positive store experience

You'll need:

High standards of customer service

Strong communication skills

Forklift license favourable (training can be provided for the right candidate)

Previous retail experience favourable, we do provide on the job training
