As the Facility Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest quality of care, regulatory compliance, and a warm supportive environment for residents and staff. With support from head office including clinical, finance, people and culture, and quality care teams!

About the Role:

• Lead and manage the overall operations of a residential aged care home.
• Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, ACFI, and all relevant legislation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team.
• Maintain financial oversight and operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of respect, compassion, and continuous improvement!

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in residential aged care.
• In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, quality standards, and clinical governance.
• Proven communication and stakeholder management skills.
• National Police Check and compliance with Aged Care Worker Screening.
• Prior facility management experience in aged care.
