The Role:
As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, providing support and direction to all staff, and ensuring a high level of care is maintained for all residents. Your role will involve managing and leading the team, maintaining a collaborative company culture, and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.

• Above industry standard salary for this size of home: $150,000 + Super
• NFP Salary packaging of $15,990 + $2,650 entertainment, meal & accommodation tax free

Requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership skills as a DON/ Facility Manager /Clinical Manager
• Proven ability to oversee operations & performance of the home
• Demonstrated knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Registered Nurse with AHPRA Reg
