About The Role
We are looking for a customer service pro to start immediately.
Our LocalAg app / e-commerce system, launched in January, is taking off and we have immediate need for someone who loves to interact with people and can handle chat, phone and email enquiries to a high level and with a country smile. The ideal person will be able to learn the system very quickly and will love solving customer problems.
What you'll be doing
Working predominately Monday-Friday 8.30 am to 2.30 pm
Backing up the existing team with enquiries, chats, emails, phone calls, etc
Responding promptly and courteously to incoming phone, chat and email enquiries from clients
Providing detailed product and service information to customers
Maintaining accurate client records and data entry
Identifying and escalating any issues or concerns to ensure a positive customer experience
Supporting the broader team with administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Ability to learn computer systems very quickly
Someone who loves talking on the phone, because that's what our farmer clients love to do.
A passion for a client service and solving problems
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
Proficiency in using computer systems and office software, desirable to have experience with CRM tools
An efficient team player with a positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile for our clients
What we offer
At Feed Central's LocalAg, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and inclusive work environment. We expect work hours to be Monday-Friday 8:30am to 2.30 pm, based in our Charlton office, or other hours following discussion. This position may become permanent full or permanent part time over time, but this is not a firm requirement.
