VisaTasker is a highly rated Australian immigration law and migration services company based in Geelong, Victoria. We help individuals, families, skilled workers, students and employers navigate the Australian visa and citizenship process.

As we look to expand, we’re now looking for a warm, reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.

About the Role
This is a casual, work-from-home role offering approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility between Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST. You’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, supporting potential clients as they enquire about our services. The role will most likely lead to full time role with additional duties of an administrator.

Key Duties:

Making outgoing calls to prospective clients who have already shown interest (no cold calling)

Answering inbound calls

Emails

Providing clear and helpful information about our services.

Updating client records and following up as needed

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of over-the-phone customer service experience

Experience in consulting firms, legal, or migration services is a big plus

Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home

Availability between 9am–5pm AEST, Monday to Friday

What We Offer:

$25-$30 per hour plus casual loading

100% remote position
