About the Role

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team. This newly created position is responsible for application development and support across our diverse range of service entities.

As Application Support Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

Designing, developing, testing and deploying software solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, Azure, SQL Server and Visual Studio.

Utilising best practice software development tools such as agile methodology, code review and version control.

Data integration to enable high quality analysis and business reporting, using Microsoft tools including Power BI and Excel.

Managing and enhancing existing software applications to ensure adaptation to changing business requirements, including continuous improvement activities that accelerate business transformation project outcomes.

Implementing and driving security processes to protect business data and maintain compliance standards.

Our new team member will have:

Demonstrated previous experience in an application support role and Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.

Proven proficiency in Microsoft stack technologies, such as .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Go, SQL Server, Power Platform, etc.

Experience in developing web applications, web services, and APIs using Microsoft technologies.

Experience in data analysis and report creation using PowerBI, SSRS and Excel and RPA platforms such as UIPath, Nintex or Power Automate.

Excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
