- Civil Site Engineer

- Experience required: Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year work experience.

Plans, designs, organises and oversees the construction and operation civil engineering projects.

Job Tasks and Duties:

· Reviewing project documentation including contracts, plans, specifications, and scope of work.

· Attendance on-site, project coordination and management meetings.

· Project planning, programming and preparation of budgets and forecasts.

· Preparation of project packs including Safe Work Method Statements and Work Methodologies.

· Preparation of WHS, Quality Assurance and Environmental Documentation.

· Complete material take-offs, request and analyse supplier and subcontractor quotes and raise purchase orders.

· Co-ordinate the onboarding of plant and people, including arranging project inductions and plant approvals.

· Assist in setting out works.

· Coordinate plant, labour and materials to ensure timely and cost-efficient project delivery.

· Record project diaries, plan mark-ups and track production and plant and labour daily.

· Measure works and assist preparing progress payment, variation and EOT claims in accordance with the terms of project contracts (or as advised by management).

· Promptly complete Inspection & Test Plans and ensure works conform to design. specifications and applicable standards.

· Co-ordinate plant repairs and maintenance with management.

· Liaising with clients, company personnel and third parties.
