Role Overview

The Project Engineer will support the management and execution of engineering projects, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures. This role involves addressing technical issues, coordinating with various teams, and tracking the progress and quality of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in infrastructure projects, particularly in the water and sewer sectors.

Required Qualifications & Experience

A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant discipline (preferred)

At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to water treatment, water infrastructure, or transport projects

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and a strong understanding of Work Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality protocols

Solid understanding of industry regulations, standards, and construction practices

Familiarity with contract management and WHS regulations

Proficiency in project management techniques, tools, and software, such as Microsoft Excel and MS Project

A valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel within the Central Coast region as needed
