The Role
You’ll join an experienced team as a Site Engineer, working on complex, high-value industrial and commercial builds. This role provides the opportunity to be hands-on with project delivery while gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle — from design coordination to site execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Support Project and Site Managers in the delivery of D&C projects
• Coordinate subcontractors and site activities
• Assist with programming, scheduling, and site documentation
• Manage QA, safety compliance, and reporting
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow

About You
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of site-based experience in commercial/industrial construction
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to develop within a high-performance team
