• Tier 3 Industrial Specialist – Site Supervisor Opportunity - $5m warehouse (SE) and 25 industrial units (West)
• Ideal roles for up and comers at Leading Hand or Site Supervisor level with strong grounding in commercial building experience to step up

Your Responsibilities

• Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
• Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
• Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
• Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
• Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site

Experience/Qualifications:

• A stable track record of employment with a trade grounding in carpentry and experience on commercial projects – experience with commercial specific trades such as precast, steel, building services and commercial fitout would be ideal.
• An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
• Exposure in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech or Procore would be benefical
• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
• Strong communication and organisational skills essential – there is a high degree of client interaction.
