In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving service jobs, validating claims and prioritising urgent requests
  • Monitoring open jobs to ensure service level targets and contractual agreements are consistently met
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders while upholding high performance standards
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Preparing and presenting monthly reports on warranty repairs, service performance, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Responding to technical inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary
  • Performing general administrative duties as required

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Highly proficient with computers and technology, with a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to think critically and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
