In this role you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and approving service jobs, validating claims and prioritising urgent requests
- Monitoring open jobs to ensure service level targets and contractual agreements are consistently met
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders while upholding high performance standards
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Preparing and presenting monthly reports on warranty repairs, service performance, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Responding to technical inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary
- Performing general administrative duties as required
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Highly proficient with computers and technology, with a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to think critically and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
