About the role
Yarra Valley Financial is seeking an enthusiastic Financial Planning Administration Assistant to support out our growing business in the Yarra Valley, Victoria. In this casual role, you will provide crucial administrative support to our Director and Senior Financial Planner, ensuring the smooth running of this busy financial services office.
What you'll be doing
Maintaining and updating client files and records in our customer relationship management system
Preparing client correspondence, including statements, reports, and meeting agendas
Scheduling client meetings and appointments
Liaising with clients to ensure seamless service delivery
Providing general administrative support, including filing and data entry
Assisting with the preparation of financial planning documents and client presentations
What we're looking for
Flexibility and willingness to step in where needed to assist the smooth running of the business
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with XPlan or similar client management systems would be a benefit but not necessary
A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate client records and documentation
A desire to learn and develop your skills
