About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic SAP Engagement Manager to join our client's team, focused on leading strategic SAP programs and engagements across Federal Government accounts. This is a critical, client-facing role requiring exceptional business engagement skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex environments and personalities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SAP engagements across multiple federal government departments.

Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and long-term partnership growth.

Anticipate client needs, proactively manage expectations, and mitigate issues before they escalate.

Collaborate closely with delivery teams, project managers, and technical specialists to ensure outcomes align with client goals.

Confidently manage tough conversations and negotiate solutions in high-pressure, political environments.

Provide strategic advice to clients on SAP solutions, roadmaps, and best practices tailored to federal government requirements.

Support business development efforts including proposals, presentations, and account planning.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as an Engagement Manager or similar client-facing leadership role within SAP environments.

Strong business engagement and client stakeholder management capabilities, especially at the executive level.

Demonstrated ability to manage and influence tough or high-profile personalities with professionalism and confidence.

Deep understanding of the federal government sector, procurement processes, and governance requirements.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage contract scope, budgets, and resource planning.

Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with internal delivery and account teams.

Highly Desirable:

Previous experience delivering SAP solutions for federal government departments.

Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.
