Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction and be able to contribute to a variety of civil engineering tasks tailored to our projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and site teams to ensure engineering excellence, compliance, and cost effective delivery of our infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and oversee civil works for residential developments. Preparing sketches, charts, tabulations, plans, and designs for residential civil engineering works such as drainage, water supply, sewerage systems, roads, and other related structures.
• Conduct site inspections, feasibility assessments, and risk analyses.
• Ensure all designs and construction activities comply with relevant codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil engineering, particularly in residential or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, council approvals, and environmental guidelines.
• Proficient in software such as Autodesk Revit, and other relevant design tools.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and subcontractor performance.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Registration with Engineers Australia or progression toward chartered status is advantageous.
